Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de activador del plasminógeno humano, que consiste en cultivar in vitro células normales de colon humano en un medio de cultivo nutritivo, someter el medio acondicionado resultante a una primera cromatografía de afinidad con quelato de cincagarosa y después a una segunda cromatografía de afinidad con un material seleccionado entre el grupo formado por: (a) concanavalina A-agarosa, (b) fibrina-Celite y (c) fibrina-agarosa, seguido de cromatografía de líquidos de alto rendimiento de exclusión de tamaños TSK 3000 SW y cromatografía de afinidad en p-aminobenzamidina-agarosa y recuperar las fracciones de activador del plasminógeno resultantes.
