ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO MEJORADO PARA PREPARAR UN COMPUESTO POLIMERICO DE ALUMINIO QUE TIENE ACTIVIDAD ANTITRANSPIRANTE. EL COMPUESTO TIENE LA FORMULA EMPIRICA: AL2(OH)6-AXA, DONDE X ES CL, BR, F, I, SO4 Y NO2, A TIENE UN VALOR ENTRE 1,0 Y 4 APROXIMADAMENTE; Y HA SIDO CARACTERIZADO POR (A) UNA CROMATOGRAFIA DE EXCLUSION POR TAMAÑOS, (B) UN VALOR PORCENTUAL DE ALUMINIO DE LA BANDA III DEL 40% COMO MINIMO Y PREFERIBLEMENTE (C) UN VALOR PORCENTUAL DE ALUMINIO DE LA BANDA I NO MAYOR QUE EL 5%.
