EL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL PUEDE SER OBTENIDO MEDIANTE EL CULTIVO DE CELULAS DE HIBRIDONA LAS CUALES PUEDEN SER GENERADAS POR UN METODO QUE COMPRENDE LA FUSION DE CELULAS (A)B O LINFOCITOS OBTENIDOS INMUNIZANDO UN ANIMAL CON UNA SUBSTANCIA QUE ENVUELVE EL EPITOPE O EL DETERMINANTE ANTIPERICO REPRESENTADO POR LA FORMULA PRECEDENTE CON CELULAS DE MIELOMA (B).
