UN PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN PEPTIDO FISIOLOGICAMENTE ACTIVO (PEPTIDO DIANA) QUE CONTIENE UN RESIDUO DE CISTEINA, Y COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: 1) CULTIVAR ESCHERICHIA COLI TRANSFORMADO CON UN PLASMIDO CAPAZ DE EXPRESAR UNA PROTEINA DE FUSION, BAJO CONTROL DE UN PROMOTOR DE ORIGEN DE E.COLI O UN PROMOTOR DE UN ORIGEN DE FASE, DONDE LA PROTEINA DE FUSION ESTA REPRESENTADA POR LA FORMULA A-L-B, SIENDO B EL PEPTIDO DIANA QUE CONTIENE EL RESIDUO DE CISTEINA, A ES UN POLIPEPTIDO ACOMPAÑANTE QUIE CONTIENE DE 90 A 220 RESIDUOS DE AMINOACIDOS PERO NO DE CISTEINAL Y L REPRESENTA UN ENLAZADOR DE RESIDUOS DE AMINOACIDOS SITUADO ENTRE EL C TERMINAL DEL POLIPEPTIDO ACOMPAÑANTE Y EL N-TERMINAL DEL PEPTIDO DIANA; 2) DISOCIAR LAS CELULAS CULTIVADAS Y OBTENER UNA FRACCION INSOLUBLE QUE CONTIENE LA PROTEINA DE FUSION;Y 3) SOLUBILIZAR LA PROTEINA DE FUSION CON UN AGENTE SOLUBILIZANTE, Y TRATAR ELPRODUCTO SOLUBILIZADO CON UNA PROTEASA O UNA SUSTANCIA QUIMICA PARA LIBERAR Y AISLAR EL PEPTIDO DIANA.
