DESPUES DE QUITAR EL GRUPO PROTECTOR R SUB 3 Y LA FRACCION DE LA CRISTALIZACION, EL PAR DIASTEREOMERICO DESEADO QUE RESULTA, ASI COMO EL ISOMERO DESEADO, PUEDEN SER EMPAREJADOS A LA 4-1-PROLINA SUSTITUIDA PARA DAR COMPUESTOS QUE TIENEN LA CAPACIDAD PARA INHIBIR LA ACTIVIDAD DE LA ENZIMA CONVERTIDORA DE LA ANGIOTENSINA.
