EL PRODUCTO PRESENTA UNA SOLUBILIDAD ENORMEMENTE MEJORADA Y OTRAS PROPIEDADES FUNCIONALES RESPECTO A LOS MATERIALES CONOCIDOS Y SE PUEDE INCORPORAR A UNA GRAN VARIEDAD DE MATERIALES ALIMENTICIOS PARA FORMAR ALIMENTOS FORTIFICADOS CON PROTEINAS SUPERIORES.
