PREPARACION CATALIZADA ENZIMATICAMENTE DE UN ACIDO CARBOXILICO (ALFA)-SUBSTITUIDO OPTICAMENTE ACTIVO, UTILIZANDO HIDROLISIS ENANTIOSELECTIVA DE UNA MEZCLA DE ENANTIOMEROS DE LA AMIDA CORRESPONDIENTE, UTILIZANDO COMO ENZIMA UNA OCHROBACTRUM ANTHROPI O UNA KLEBSIELLA SP. DURANTE LA HIDROLISIS SE OBTIENEN ACIDO L-CARBOXILICO Y LA RESTANTE AMIDA DEL ACIDO D-CARBOXILICO CON ALTA PUREZA OPTICA Y ALTO RENDIMIENTO, EN TANTO QUE LA ACTIVIDAD DEL MICROORGANISMO ES ALTA. DE ESTA MANERA SE PUEDEN HIDROLIZAR UN GRAN NUMERO DE AMIDAS DE ACIDOS CARBOXILICOS (ALFA)-SUBSTITUIDOS CON UNA DESTACABLE VARIEDAD ESTRUCTURAL.
