Abstract

SE PROPONE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE LA 4A,5,9,10,11,12-HEXAHIDRO-6H-BENZOFURO[3,2-EF](2)BENZACEPINA, QUE PERMITE EN PARTICULAR LA OBTENCION DE GALANTAMINA (6), VIA LA NUEVA BROMO-N-DEMETILGALANTAMINA (4) Y LA NUEVA BROMOGALANTAMINA (5). EN ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE CICLA EL COMPUESTO (2) DE MANERA OXIDATIVA PARA DAR EL COMPUESTO (3). EL COMPUESTO (3) SE REDUCE CON L-SELECTRUROS DE FORMA DIAESTEREOSELECTIVAMENTE PARA OBTENER LA NUEVA BROMO-N-DEMETILGALANTAMINA (4) SIN FORMACION DE CANTIDADES DETECTABLES DE EPI-BROMO-NDEMETILGALANTAMINA (6). POR METILACION SE RECUPERA LA NUEVA BROMOGALANTAMINA (5), DE LA CUAL SE OBTIENE LA GALANTAMINA (6) QUITANDO EL BROMO (+/-). POR PRECIPITACION COMO SAL A PARTIR DE UN ACIDO QUIRAL (EN ESPECIAL COMO TARTRATO) SE PUEDEN OBTENER PUROS LOS ENANTIOMEROS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO SEGUN EL ESQUEMA REPRESENTADO MAS ABAJO DA EN TODAS SUS ETAPAS ELEVADOS RENDIMIENTOS Y PRODUCTOS PUROS, LO QUE PERMITE QUE SE LLEVE A CABO A ESCALA INDUSTRIAL.
