SE HAN OBTENIDO LEVADURAS RECOMBINANTES CAPACES DE SEGREGAR LA DEXTRANASA AL MEDIO DE CULTIVO. LA ENZIMA DE DEXTRANASA OBTENIDA PUEDE USARSE, POR EJEMPLO, EN LA INDUSTRIA AZUCARERA PARA HIDROLIZAR EL DEXTRANO EN JUGOS DE CAÑA PARA INCREMENTAR LA PRODUCCION DE AZUCAR.
