METODOS DE POLARIZACION FLUORESCENTE PARA LA DETECCION DE LA AMPLIFICACION DE ACIDOS NUCLEICOS. CONVIRTIENDO UNA SONDA DE OLIGODEOXINUCLEOTIDO MARCADA DE FORMA FLUORESCENTE DE LA FORMA DE UNA HEBRA A LA DE DOBLE HEBRA, UNA FORMA DEPENDIENTE DEL OBJETIVO DURANTE LA AMPLIFICACION DE LA SECUENCIA OBJETIVO. ESTE CAMBIO CONFORMACIONAL VA ACOMPAÑADO DE UN AUMENTO DE LOS VALORES DE LA POLARIZACION FLUORESCENTE.
