EL METODO DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION PROPONE QUE LA CARNE AL SER ALMACENADA DURANTE UNA LONGITUD PREVIAMENTE DETERMINADA DE TIEMPO EN UN ESPACIO (1) HERMETICO, DISPONGA DE UNA ATMOSFERA QUE ES DIFERENTE DE LA ATMOSFERA AMBIENTE.
