LOS DEPOSITOS TIENEN CANTIDADES VARIADAS DE PRUEBAS CAPTORAS DE MANERA QUE LA SEÑAL OBTENIDA CUANDO EL OBJETIVO DE ACIDO NUCLEICO ES CAPTURADO PUEDE SER SEMICUANTITATIVAMENTE CORRELACIONADA CON LA CANTIDAD DE ACIDO NUCLEICO OBJETIVO EN EL ESPECIMEN.
