BENZOILGUANIDINAS DE FORMULA I EN LA QUE R(1) ES CF 3; UNO DE LOS SUSTITUYENTES R(2) Y R(3) SON HIDROGENO; Y LOS DEMAS SUSTITUYENTES R(2) O R(3) SON - C(OH)(CH 3 ) - CH SUB ,2 OH, - CH(CH 3 ) - CH 2 OH O - C(OH)(CH 3 ) 2 ; R(4) ES METILO, METOXI, CL O DF 3 ; ASI COMO SUS SALES FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES, SON APROPIADOS COMO MEDICAMENTOS ANTIARRITMICOS CON COMPONENTES CARDIOPROTECTORES PARA LA PROFILAXIS DEL INFARTO Y PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DEL INFARTO, ASI COMO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA ANGINA DE PECHO.
