UN METODO PARA DETERMINAR O DETECTAR LA PRESENCIA DE UN ANALITO DERIVADO DE UN ORGANO DEL DONANTE EN UN FLUIDO BIOLOGICO INDICATIVO DE DAÑO DEL ORGANO DEL DONANTE TRAS SU XENOTRASPLANTE Y, DE DICHA FORMA, POSIBILITAR LA IDENTIFICACION DE DAÑO EN UN ORGANO XENOGRAFICO EN UN RECIPIENTE QUE COMPRENDE LA CAPTURA DE DICHO ANALITO POR UN ANTICUERPO QUE ES: A) ESPECIFICO PARA EL ANALITO DERIVADO DEL ORGANO DEL DONANTE; O B) CAPAZ DE CROSREACCIONAR CON DICHO ANALITO DERIVADO DEL ORGANO DEL DONANTE Y DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE DETERMINAR EL ANALITO DERIVADO DEL ORGANO DEL DONANTE. DICHO METODO PERMITE DISTINGUIR ENTRE ANALITOS DERIVADOS DEL DONANTE Y DERIVADOS DEL RECEPTOR, Y DE DICHA FORMA OBTENER UNA INDICACION DEL ESTATUS DEL XENOTRASPLANTE Y SU POSIBLE RECHAZO, DE FORMA QUE SE PUEDA ADOPTAR UNA TERAPIA CORRECTIVA APROPIADA TAN PRONTO COMO SE IDENTIFICA EL ANALITO DERIVADO DEL ORGANO DEL DONANTE.
