Abstract

Un método para el estirado de una lámina (8) sobre un miembro de un marco (2), que comprende las etapas de: colocar una lámina (8) que está cortada con un tamaño mayor que el tamaño exacto a estirar sobre un miembro del marco (2), en un molde metálico (10) que tiene una hendidura (12) formada de acuerdo con el perfil del mencionado miembro del cuadro (2), y fijado a un dispositivo de refrigeración (11, 13); amordazar la mencionada lámina (8) al mencionado molde metálico (10) en al menos cuatro direcciones, mientras que se forma un revestimiento moldeado (6) de una resina termoplástica (36) sobre el mencionado miembro del marco (2); configurar el mencionado miembro del marco (2) con el mencionado revestimiento (6) formado dentro de la mencionada hendidura (12) del mencionado molde metálico (10) mientras que mantiene la mencionada lámina (8) amordazada de forma tal que se cargue una tensión contra la mencionada lámina (8), dejando por tanto que parte de la mencionada resina (36) que forma elmencionado revestimiento penetre en la mencionada lámina (8); y solidificar la mencionada resina (36) que rodea el mencionado miembro del marco (2) y que ha penetrado en la mencionada lámina (8) mediante la actuación del mencionado dispositivo de refrigeración (11, 13).
