Abstract
Preforma (1) para un envase plano y pequeño (2), preforma cuya sección transversal interior es totalmente redonda y limitada a un diámetro pequeño, teniendo la preforma una carcasa (12) y un cuello (11), y teniendo el lado exterior de la carcasa (12) de la preforma forma oval o habiéndose formado reduciendo el espesor de pared, por lo que se proporciona una diferencia en el espesor de pared entre los lados de la superficie delantera y trasera y los lados de la superficie derecha e izquierda de la carcasa, caracterizada porque la carcasa (12) está formada escalonada hacia fuera en el punto de unión entre la carcasa (12) y el cuello (11) para tener un diámetro más grande que el del cuello y, al mismo tiempo, un escalonamiento (14) hacia fuera en este punto de unión adopta la forma de disco bajo la parte de cuello.
Description
Preforma para envase plano y pequeño y
procedimiento de fabricación de dicho envase.
La presente invención trata de una preforma
moldeada por inyección para la fabricación de un envase plano y
pequeño para colirio o cosméticos y de un procedimiento para
fabricar un envase de boca estrecha, plano y pequeño moldeando por
soplado la preforma.
Al fabricar un envase plano con una carcasa de
pared delgada mediante moldeado por soplado con estiramiento o sin
estiramiento usando una preforma moldeada por inyección, el espesor
de pared entre los lados de la superficie delantera y trasera y los
lados de la superficie derecha e izquierda de la carcasa de la
preforma se ajusta para proporcionar una diferencia en la capacidad
térmica de la carcasa. El espesor de pared se ajusta formando el
lado exterior de la carcasa en un plano oval o paralelo o usando un
núcleo plano para un núcleo de inyección, formando de tal modo los
planos opuestos interiores de la carcasa en planos paralelos. Sin
embargo, el espesor de pared de la carcasa se ajusta sobre todo por
un núcleo plano porque el espesor de pared puede fijarse
fácilmente.
Sin embargo, en el caso de un envase de boca
estrecha, plano y pequeño para colirio o cosméticos, el diámetro
interior de una preforma también está restringido. Por consiguiente,
el núcleo de inyección utilizado para la preforma está limitado a
un diámetro interior pequeño, y así, llega a ser muy difícil formar
ambos lados de tal núcleo plano de inyección porque el núcleo de
inyección tiene pasajes de enfriamiento dobles. Por esta razón, un
envase plano y pequeño que puede fabricarse ajustando el espesor de
pared de la carcasa de una preforma por un núcleo plano está
limitado.
La JP05057782, propone la fabricación de un
recipiente plano mediante moldeo por inyección y soplado, y la
preforma formada dentro de un molde de inyección tiene partes
delanteras y posteriores formadas más densamente que las partes
para formar los lados del recipiente.
Las realizaciones de la presente invención se
hacen en respuesta a la situación antedicha, para intentar
proporcionar una nueva preforma capaz de fabricar un envase de boca
estrecha, plano y pequeño, cuya pared sea de espesor fino y con una
distribución del espesor bien ajustada. Las limitaciones en el
ajuste del espesor de pared debidas a un núcleo plano se solucionan
proporcionando una diferencia de espesor de pared (diferencia de
capacidad térmica) indispensable para el moldeado plano y evitando
que la carcasa que se moldea por soplado afecte al espesor de pared
en el aplanado.
Según un aspecto de la presente invención, se
proporciona una preforma como la definida en la reivindicación
1.
Según otro aspecto de la presente invención, se
proporciona un procedimiento de fabricar un envase de boca
estrecha, plano y pequeño, como el definido en la reivindicación
2.

un envase plano y pequeño.

La figura 3, es una vista lateral en sección
longitudinal de una preforma para la que se muestra un molde de
soplado mediante una línea de trazos y puntos.
La figura 4, es una vista frontal en sección
longitudinal de una preforma para la que se muestra un molde de
soplado mediante una línea de trazos y puntos.
La figura 1 muestra una representación de una
preforma de la presente invención para un envase plano y pequeño.
La preforma 1 es una preforma con fondo obtenida formando
íntegramente un cuello 11 y una carcasa 12 con una resina de
poliéster como tereftalato de polietileno (PET), polipropileno (PP),
policarbonato (PC) o polietileno (PE) mediante moldeo por
inyección.
La preforma 1 tiene una altura total de 30 mm y
su diámetro exterior, incluyendo una rosca 11a del cuello 11, de
una altura de cerca de una tercera parte de la altura total, es de
8,8 mm, y su diámetro interior es completamente redondo. El
diámetro interior se reduce levemente hacia la parte inferior 13 de
la abertura del cuello 11 debido a la fijación del ángulo de
desmoldeo para un núcleo de inyección, y su diámetro está
restringido a un tamaño tan pequeño como 4,5 mm en la abertura.
Por otra parte, la carcasa 12 está formada
escalonando hacia fuera en la pared gruesa hasta un diámetro (14,2
mm) más grande que el del cuello 11 desde su punto de unión con el
cuello 11. Al lado exterior de la carcasa 12 se le ha dado forma
oval reduciendo el espesor de pared de la parte inferior del
escalonamiento hacia fuera para formar los lados delantero y
trasero 12a de la carcasa 12 en la pared gruesa (2,6 mm) y para
formar los lados izquierdo y derecho 12b reduciendo gradualmente el
grueso de la pared (2,0 mm) con respecto al interior del círculo
completo. Por otra parte, formando el lado exterior de la carcasa
con la reducción del espesor de pared, se proporciona un
escalonamiento 14 hacia fuera en forma de disco en la parte inferior
del cuello 11.
En esta preforma 1, es posible fijar libremente
el espesor de pared de la carcasa 12 de acuerdo con el
escalonamiento. Asumiendo el espesor de pared fijado como espesor
de pared máximo y dando al lado exterior de la carcasa forma oval o
de plano paralelo aunque el plano no se ilustra, es posible
proporcionar una diferencia entre el espesor de pared de los lados
delantero y trasero 12a y los lados izquierdo y derecho 12b. Por lo
tanto, el ajuste del espesor de pared de la carcasa 12 no está
restringido en el plano de proyección del cuello 11, y es posible
fijar el espesor de pared excediendo el diámetro lateral exterior
del cuello 11. Así, es posible formar fácilmente incluso un envase
de boca estrecha, plano y pequeño cuyo diámetro interior esté
restringido a un diámetro pequeño.
La figura 2 muestra un envase de boca estrecha,
plano y pequeño para colirio fabricado a partir de la preforma 1.
El envase plano y pequeño 2 está constituido por un cuello 21 con
una rosca 21a en la periferia, un escalonamiento 24 hacia fuera en
forma de disco formado íntegramente en la parte inferior del cuello
21, y una carcasa 22 de pared delgada a la que se ha dado forma
plana mediante moldeo por soplado con estiramiento hacia los lados
delantero y trasero 22a y una parte inferior 23 en una superficie
plana y unos lados derecho e izquierdo 22b en forma de arco
circular desde el margen más bajo del cuello 21.
Es posible formar fácilmente el envase plano y
pequeño 2 fijando la preforma 1 cuya carcasa 12 tiene una
temperatura alta incluyendo el escalonamiento 14 hacia fuera a
través de la extracción del molde tras el moldeo por inyección en
la cavidad plana 4 de un molde de soplado 3, sujetando el cuello 11
como parte sobrante y soplando con estiramiento hacia la carcasa 12
y llenando toda la cavidad plana usando una varilla de extensión y
el soplado de aire al igual que en el caso de moldeo por soplado y
estiramiento de un envase común, aunque esta operación no se
ilustra. En este caso, como se muestra en la figura 3, es preferible
fijar la preforma 1 de modo que los lados delantero y trasero12a y
12a de la carcasa 12 de pared gruesa están situados de frente a las
superficies del molde de anchura pequeña de la cavidad plana 4,
haciendo que los lados izquierdo y derecho de pared delgada 12b y
12b estén frente a las superficies del molde de gran anchura como se
muestra en la figura 4. Esto es así, porque aunque los lados
delantero y trasero 12a y 12a se enfrían previamente en contacto con
la superficie del molde debido a una diferencia en las ampliaciones
de la expansión por soplado, los lados delantero y trasero de pared
gruesa 12a y 12a tienen ambos una capacidad térmica más grande, y
una cantidad suficiente de calor de éstos asegura que la preforma
se caliente incluso después de que entren en contacto con la
superficie del molde y puedan expandirse a derecha e izquierda. De
este modo, los lados izquierdo y derecho de pared delgada 12b y 12b
también se expanden suavemente y toda la carcasa toma forma de
carcasa plana con un espesor de pared uniforme.
Por otra parte, dado que se asegura una cantidad
suficiente de calor con el escalonamiento 14 hacia fuera en forma
de disco formado en el punto de unión con la parte de cuello 11
exceptuando la carcasa 12, la parte 12 se expande uniformemente
por la circunferencia seguida por el margen inferior del
escalonamiento 14 hacia fuera. En el caso de un moldeado de un
envase plano y pequeño convencional, dado que la carcasa 12 se
estira y se expande directamente desde el punto de unión con el
cuello 11 sin escalonamiento hacia fuera, el punto de unión tiene
una forma curva y se convierte fácilmente en un borde largo que
queda colgando. De este modo, es difícil formar claramente el punto
de unión entre el cuello 21 y la carcasa 22. Sin embargo, como se
muestra en las figuras 2(A) y 2(B), en el envase
plano y pequeño 2 de la presente invención se obtiene un envase
parecido a un bidón plano y pequeño 2 de forma bien ordenada porque
el cuello 21 surge del escalonamiento 24 hacia fuera en una
superficie circular y su parte de hombro está preferiblemente
acabada.
La presente invención se hace en respuesta a la
situación antedicha. Las representaciones de la presente invención
intentan proporcionar una nueva preforma capaz de fabricar un envase
de boca estrecha, plano y pequeño, de pared delgada y con una
distribución de espesor bien ajustada.
Esto se logra rompiendo las limitaciones en el
ajuste del espesor de pared debido a un núcleo plano, proporcionando
una diferencia de espesor de pared (diferencia de capacidad
térmica) indispensable para el moldeado plano y evitando que el
espesor de pared de la carcasa quede afectado en el aplanado por el
moldeo por soplado.
Claims (2)
1. Preforma (1) para un envase plano y pequeño
(2), preforma cuya sección transversal interior es totalmente
redonda y limitada a un diámetro pequeño, teniendo la preforma una
carcasa (12) y un cuello (11), y teniendo el lado exterior de la
carcasa (12) de la preforma forma oval o habiéndose formado
reduciendo el espesor de pared, por lo que se proporciona una
diferencia en el espesor de pared entre los lados de la superficie
delantera y trasera y los lados de la superficie derecha e
izquierda de la carcasa, caracterizada porque la carcasa
(12) está formada escalonada hacia fuera en el punto de unión entre
la carcasa (12) y el cuello (11) para tener un diámetro más grande
que el del cuello y, al mismo tiempo, un escalonamiento (14) hacia
fuera en este punto de unión adopta la forma de disco bajo la parte
de cuello.
2. Procedimiento para fabricar un envase de boca
estrecha, plano y pequeño (2) que comprende el moldeo por soplado
de una preforma (1) según la reivindicación 1, de modo que el envase
tenga un escalonamiento hacia fuera en forma de disco (24) debajo
de su cuello (21), y de modo que la carcasa está formada por una
pared fina que sigue de manera continua la parte inferior del
escalonamiento hacia fuera.
