Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para la mecanización de piezas de trabajo giratorias con superficies cilíndricas rotatorias céntricas y excéntricas, por ejemplo cigüeñales. Las piezas de trabajo están empotradas en el centro de su eje medio entre puntas o en el mandril. Para la mecanización excéntrica se desplazan ortogonalmente con respecto a su eje medio y a través de rotación con respecto al alojamiento de la pieza de trabajo se llevan a la posición angular deseada. Un aspecto ventajoso de la invención consiste en alojar el cigüeñal en ambos extremos en mandriles y aflojar el primer mandril para ajustar la posición angular, realizar con el segundo mandril el giro deseado y luego aflojar el segundo mandril y realizar también allí la rotación relativa.
