Abstract
Una célula fúngica de Myceliophthora thermophila que ha sido genéticamente modificada para reducir la cantidad de actividad enzimática oxidante de celobiosa endógena de dos o más enzimas oxidantes de celobiosa endógena que se producen por la célula fúngica, en la que la célula fúngica ha sido genéticamente modificada para delecionar al menos parcialmente los genes que codifican las dos o más enzimas oxidantes de celobiosa endógena, en la que la primera de las dos o más enzimas oxidantes de celobiosa comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que es al menos aproximadamente el 90 % idéntica a SEQ ID NO: 6, y en la que la segunda de las dos o más enzimas oxidantes de celobiosa comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que es al menos el 90 % idéntica a SEQ ID NO: 8.
