Abstract
Un método para sintetizar una composición de moléculas de diferentes plantillas que comprenden una pluralidad de grupos funcionales, comprendiendo dicho método las etapas de i) proporcionar una pluralidad de plantillas que tienen diferentes elementos de codificación y / o un orden diferente de elementos de codificación, dichas plantillas que comprenden una pluralidad de nucleótidos y una secuencia de 3 a 100 elementos de codificación, en el que cada elemento de codificación comprende al menos un grupo de reconocimiento capaz de reconocer un predeterminado elemento que complementa, y en el que cada elemento de codificación comprende o consiste en de 4 a 100 subunidades, ii) proporcionar una pluralidad de bloques de construcción, en el que cada bloque comprende la construcción a) al menos un elemento de complementación que comprende al menos un grupo de reconocimiento capaz de reconocer un elemento de codificación predeterminado, b) al menos una entidad funcional que comprende al menos un grupo funcional y al menos un grupo reactivo, y c) al menos un enlazador que separa la al menos una entidad funcional desde el al menos un elemento que complementa, iii) poner en contacto cada uno de dichos elementos de codificación con un elemento de complementación capaz de reconocer dicha codificación elemento, dicho elemento comprende una pluralidad de nucleótidos complementando, iv) formar una plantilla complementando que comprende al menos 3 elementos de complementación en la forma de un lineal secuencia de elementos que complementan por enzimáticamente que une dicho por lo menos 3 elementos de complementación, y v) la obtención de una composición de diferentes moléculas con plantilla comprendiendo cada uno unido covalentemente, grupos funcionales mediante la vinculación de un grupo funcional de al menos una entidad funcional a un grupo funcional de otra entidad funcional, en donde la molécula de plantilla está unida por medio de un conector a la plantilla o la plantilla complementaria a la templated la síntesis de la molécula de plantilla, y en el que la síntesis de las moléculas con plantilla no implica traducción mediada por ribosomas de un ácido nucleico.
