Abstract
Procedimiento de preparación de un catalizador de complejo de cianuro metálico doble, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento: a) sintetizar un catalizador de cianuro metálico doble sólido en presencia de un agente complejante orgánico y un ligando de poliol de poliéter; y b) lavar, en primer lugar, el catalizador obtenido en la Etapa a) con una disolución acuosa que comprende: - el 90-100 % en peso de agua; y - el 0-10 % en peso de un poliol de poliéter, para formar una suspensión, en el que la disolución acuosa no contiene ningún agente complejante orgánico; y c) aislar el catalizador de la suspensión obtenida en la Etapa b); y d) lavar el catalizador sólido obtenido en la Etapa c) con una solución que comprende: - el 90-100 % en peso de un agente complejante orgánico; y - el 0-10 % en peso de un poliol de poliéter, para formar una suspensión; y e) secar al vacío, a temperaturas dentro del intervalo de 50 ºC a 120 ºC, hasta que el catalizador alcanza un peso constante.
