Abstract
Método para determinar si una muestra resulta positiva en virus del papiloma humano (VPH) oncogénico, comprendiendo el método: combinar la muestra con cebadores para la amplificación con reacción en cadena de la polimerasa (PCR) en tiempo real de una región objetivo de genomas de VPH oncogénicos, y una sonda marcada pan-VPH capaz de emitir una señal tras la amplificación de la región objetivo, proporcionar condiciones para la PCR en tiempo real, y medir una señal emitida desde la sonda marcada pan-VPH, donde la detección de la señal indica que la muestra resulta positiva en VPH oncogénico, caracterizado por que la sonda pan-VPH es una molécula de ácido nucleico bloqueado marcada (LNA) comprendiendo la secuencia ACTTTCGTTT (SEQ ID N.º 25) o el complemento inverso de esta.
