Abstract

Molde para inyección destinado a la fabricación de elementos de junta hechos de material elástico y provistos de entalladuras, especialmente fuelles de junta para articulaciones, por ejemplo articulaciones esféricas en vehículos, con mordazas que forman el contorno exterior y que están divididas en el centro y en la dirección longitudinal del elemento de junta, y con un macho que forma el contorno interior, que está, dividido en una parte de macho superior y otra inferior que pueden moverse relativamente entre sí, y del cual se desprende el elemento de junta después de abrir las mordazas, caracterizado porque las mordazas están divididas en la zona entre la entalladura interior menor en cuanto a diámetro y la entalladura exterior menor en cuánto a diámetro (H5 y H3, ; respectivamente), en la dirección transversal, en una pareja de mordazas superior y otra inferior (4 y 3, respectivamente) movibles independientemente entre sí, y porque la parte inferior (6) del macho se ve conducida en un casquillo expulsor (5) que puede moverse relativamente respecto a la parte inferior (6) del macho y que, con su superficie frontal, moldea una parte del contorno exterior de la superficie frontal del elemento de junta (D).
