Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de percarbonato sódico estabilizado por reacción de una solución o suspensión de carbonato sódico con una solución de peróxido de hidrógeno, bajo adición de silicatos solubles en dos etapas, caracterizado porque en la primera etapa, a la solución o suspensión de carbonato sódico, que tiene un valor de pH de 10-11, de preferencia 10,3- 10,8, se le añade 0,2-0,9% en peso de Si02, referido a percarbonato sódico, en forma de un compuesto soluble de silicato, a la solución de peróxido de hidrógeno se le añaden formadores de complejos con metales pesados, y después de que se ha separado por cristalización al menos 50% y de preferencia 70% del percarbonato sódico, a la suspensión de percarbonato sódico se le añade 0,2-0,8% en peso de Si02, referido a todo el percarbonato sódico presente, en forma de un compuesto soluble de silicato, dosificándose la adición total de compuesto soluble de silicato de modo tal que el producto final contenga 0,5-1,5, de preferencia 0,6-0,9% en peso de SiO2.
