Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos derivados de quinazolina de fórmula: **(Formula-01)** donde R es un grupo alquilo inferior; Y es un grupo de fórmula - (CHR1)m-Z, donde R1 es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo inferior, m es 1 o 2 con la condición de que cuando m es 2, los grupos R1 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y Z es un grupo de fórmula -N(R2)CONHR5 o -OCNHR5, donde R2 es un átomo de higrógeno o un grupo alquilo inferior y R5 es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, bencilo o fenilo; cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza por hacer reaccionar una quinazolina de fórmula: **(Fórmula- 02)** donde R, R1, R2 y m son los definidos anteriormente, con un isocianato de fórmula R5NCO, donde R5 es el definido anteriormente pero distinto de hidrógeno, o, para preparar compuestos donde R5 es hidrógeno, con cianato sódico o potásico en presencia de un ácido; opcionalmente seguido de conversión del producto de fórmula (I) es una sal de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptable por reacción con un ácido no tóxico.
