Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de éteres dibencílicos substituidos, de la fórmula general I **( formula-01)** en donde R representa un grupo de fenilo o feniltio, y sus sales de adición de ácido aceptables en farmacia, caracterizado porque comprende condensar a una temperatura comprendida entre 20 y 100 ºC, durante 6 a 36 horas, en presencia o no de yoduro potásico como catalizador, en un disolvente elegido del grupo constituido por hidrocarburo aromático, dimetilformamida, tetrahidrofurano, hexametil-fosforamida, dimetilforida, tetrahidrofurano, hexametil-fosforamida o sulfóxido de dimetilo y en presencia de un hidruro de metal alcalino de dimetilo y en presencia de un hidroduro de metal alcalino o amido, o en un disolvente constituido por un alcohol alifático con 3 a 6 átomos de carbono en presencia de un alcoholato de metal alcalino, 1-(2'', 4''-diclorofenil)-2(N-imidazolil-netil)- etanol con un halobencilo de la fórmula V **(formula-02)**en donde R tiene el significado antes indicado y X representa un átomo de cloro o de bromo, aislar, el producto así formado y convertirlo en sus sales de adición de ácido siguiendo los procedimientos usuales.
