LA GOMA DE ALGARROBA OBTENIDA TIENE UN GRADO DE SUSTITUCION DE 0,07 A 0-1. EL AGENTE DE FOSFATACION ENTRA EN UNA PROPORCION DE 8 A 40 PARTES EN PESO POR CADA 100 PARTES EN PESO DE GOMA DE ALGARROBA.
