PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE INDOLINA Y DE SUS SALES FISIOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLES, DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R ES 3,4-DICLOROBENCILO O 2-FLUOR-4-BROMOBENCILO; Y EL ANILLO A PUEDE ESTAR SUSTITUIDO POR UNO DE VARIOS RADICALES, O SIN SUSTITUIR. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UNA INDOLIN-2,3-DIONA DE FORMULA (II), EN LA QUE R Y A TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I), CON CIANURO SODICO O POTASICO Y CARBONATO O CARBAMATO DE AMONIO. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE ACUO-ORGANICO A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPREDIDA ENTRE 20<025>C Y 100<025>C.
