METODO DE PREPARACION DEL ANTIGENO DE SUPERFICIE DE LA HEPATITIS B. CONSISTE EN LA INSERCION DE CELULAS DE LEVADURA CORRESPONDIENTE A CEPAS DE S. CERAVISIAE DE UNA MOLECULA DE ADN RECOMBINANTE QUE COMPRENDE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE PUEDE CODIFICAR EL VIRUS DE LA HEPATITIS B Y UNA REGION REGULADORA DERIVADA DEL GEN ARG 3 DE LEVADURA EL CUAL PUEDE EFECTUAR LA TRANSCRIPCION DE LA SECUENCIA DEL CITADO VIRUS EN LEVADURA; CULTIVO DE LA LEVADURA Y RECOGIDA DEL VIRUS DE LA HEPATITIS B QUE SE PRODUCE. LA SECUENCIA DEL VIRUS ESTA SUSTITUIDA RESPECTO A LA REGION REGULADORA DE MODO QUE EL VIRUS SINTETIZADO POR LA EXPRESION ESTA SUSTANCIALMENTE EXENTO DE RESIDUOS DE AMINOACIDOS EXTRAÑOS. ESTE VIRUS TIENE APLICACION PARA LA PREPARACION DE VACUNAS DEL VIRUS DE LA HEPATITIS B.
