METODO DE PREPARACION DE COMPOSICIONES FARMACEUTICAS QUE CONTIENEN LIPOSIMAS UNILAMILARES, EN FORMA DE DISPERSIONES ACUOSAS, CONSTITUIDAS POR UN COMPUESTO AMFIPATICO CON AFECTO BIOLOGICO Y UN FOSFOLIPIDO O ANALOGO. CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR DE MODO HOMOGENEO UN COMPUESTO ANFIPATICO CON EFECTO BIOLOGICO Y UN FOSFOLIPIDO O ANALOGO, SEGUIDO DE LA DISPERSION DE ESTA MEZCLA EN FASE ACUOSA Y NEUTRALIZACION DE LA MISMA. LA MEZCLA HOMOGENEA SE PREPARA POR SECADO POR PULVERIZACION DE UNA DISOLUCION DE LOS COMPONENTES. LA DISPERSION SE LOGRA MEDIANTE AGITACION DE LA MEZCLA HOMOGENEA PREVIAMENTE PREPARADA. LA NEUTRALIZACION SE EFECTUA CON UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DILUIDA, FISIOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLE, DE UN ACIDO O UNA DISOLUCION TAMPON DE PH 7 A 8. ESTAS COMPOSICIONES TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS EN LAS QUE LOS LIPOSOMAS ACTUAN COMO PORTADORES DE ANTICUERPOS O ENZIMAS, HORMONAS VITAMINAS O GENES.
