Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de diagnostic servant à mesurer les caractéristiques biochimiques de micro-organismes. Le dispositif 10 comporte une première chambre il dans laquelle est inoculée une suspension d'essai contenant un organisme inconnu. Un premier canal 12 permet la communication du liquide entre la première chambre et une seconde chambre 13 lorsque le dispositif est placé dans une première orientation spatiale. Dans la seconde chambre, la suspension est mise en contact avec un substrat réactif. Un second passage 14 permet la communication du liquide entre la seconde chambre et une troisième chambre 15 qui contient un indicateur coloré pour identifier une caractéristique biochimique de la suspension ayant réagi lorsqu'il est mis en contact avec elle, après que le dispositif air été placé dans une seconde orientation spatiale. L'invention est applicable notamment à la détection des entérobactériacées.
