Abstract

Procédé pour doser les antigènes et les anticorps par réaction d'un antigène ou d'un anticorps ou d'un mélange de telles substances avec l'anticorps et/ou l'antigène correspondant supporté sur des particules de support insolubles d'un diamètre moyen ne dépassant pas 1,6 micron, dans un milieu liquide. On irradie le mélange de réaction par de la lumière à une longueur d'onde dans l'intervalle de 0,8 à 2,4 microns à un ou plusieurs moments après le démarrage de la réaction et on mesure l'intensité de la lumière diffractée par le mélange de réaction; il y a une bonne corrélation entre l'intensité de la lumière diffractée et la concentration de la substance recherchée. Application : en établissant des courbes d'étalonnage avec des solutions connues, on peut doser les anticorps et antigènes dans des échantillons inconnus.
