Abstract

Procédé et appareil pour le dosage des antigènes et des anticorps par réaction d'un antigène ou d'un anticorps avec l'anticorps et/ou antigène correspondant appliqué sur des particules de support insolubles de diamètre moyen ne dépassant pas 1,6 micron dans un milieu liquide. On irradie le mélange de réaction par de la lumière à une longueur d'onde de 0,6 à 2,4 microns et égale à au moins 1,1 fois le diamètre moyen des particules de support; on mesure l'absorbance ou l'absorption % du mélange de réaction. Application : en établissant des courbes d'étalonnage avec des solutions connues, on peut doser les anticorps et antigènes dans des échantillons inconnus.
