Abstract

Ces composés répondent à la formule IB ci-après, dans laquelle R' est un groupe hydrophile, notamment un groupe acétyle, méthyle, hydroxyéthyle, dihydroxypropyle. Les préparations pharmaceutiques considérées ont une action diurétique, antihypertensive et cardiaque et permettent de traiter les oedèmes et les maladies du coeur et de coronaires.
