Abstract
Un système de pompe à perfusion selon l'invention possède un dispositif de pompe à perfusion 30 ayant un réceptacle de réservoir 32 destiné à recevoir un réservoir 1 contenant un milieu de perfusion et à distribuer sélectivement le milieu de perfusion à partir du réservoir 1 dans le réceptacle de réservoir 32. Un élément capteur 34, comprenant généralement un ensemble de palpeurs, est prévu sur le dispositif de pompe à perfusion 30, et il existe une interface de connexion 40 pour connecter le réservoir 1 au dispositif de pompe à perfusion 30, l'interface de connexion 40 comprenant un bouchon 4 destiné à se connecter au réservoir 1 pour former une unité réservoir/bouchon. Un attribut détectable mécaniquement 42 est agencé sur le bouchon 4 pour détection par l'élément capteur 34 sur le dispositif de pompe à perfusion 33 lorsque le réservoir de l'unité réservoir/bouchon est reçu dans le réceptacle de réservoir 32 du dispositif de pompe à perfusion. L'attribut détectable mécaniquement contient d'ordinaire dans sa configuration, telle que son orientation, des informations concernant les propriétés du bouchon et des structures en aval, telles que la longueur de tubulure ou la taille de la canule ; ou un type, une longueur ou une taille de la tubulure branchée entre le bouchon et la canule. Ceci permet à la pompe de vérifier les structures en aval et de réagir de manière appropriée.
