Abstract
Κοινολογούνται ανάλογα CRF που μπορούν να χορηγηθούν για την επίτευξη μιας ουσιαστικής ανύψωσης των ACTH, β-ενδορφίνης, β- λιποτροπίνης, άλλων προϊόντων του γονιδίου προ- απιομελανοκορτίνης και κορτικοστερόνης επιπέδων και/ή ελάττωση της πίεσης του αίματος σε μια εκτεταμένη χρονική περίοδο. Ενα ανάλογο που βρέθηκε να είναι ιδιαίτερα ισχυρό είναι το: H-Ser-Glu-Glu-Pro-Pro-Ile-Ser-Leu-Asp-Leu-Thr-Phe-His-Leu-Leu-Arg-Glu-Val-Leu-His-Met-Ala-Arg-Ala-Glu-Gln-Leu-Ala-Gln-Gln-Αla-His-Ser-Asn-Arg-Lys-Leu-Met-Glu-Ile-Ile-NH2. Στα ανάλογα ένα ή περισσότερα από τα πρώτα πέντε υπολείμματα του Ν-άκρου μπορούν να παραλειφθούν ή να υποκατασταθούν με ένα πεπτίδιο των ως 10 αμινοξέων μήκος και/ή παράγοντα ακυλίωσης που περιέχει ως 7 άτομα άνθρακος. Μπορούν επίσης να γίνουν ένας αριθμός άλλων υποκαταστάσεων σε όλη την αλυσίδα.
