Abstract

Νέα πολυπεπτίδια ικανά για σύνδεση σε ένα υποδοχέα επιδερμικού παράγοντα ανάπτυξης παρέχονται, όπως επίσης πρόδρομοί τους, όπου τα πολυπεπτίδια που κωδικοποιούνται από ευλογοϊους. Οι ενώσεις έχουν ένα δομικό πλαίσιο που ειδικά περιλαμβάνει έξι κυστείνες που παρέχουν βρόχους ανάλογους με εκείνους που βρίσκονται σε φυσικά απαντώμενους παράγοντες ανάπτυξης που συνδέονται με ένα υποδοχέα παράγοντα επιδερμικής ανάπτυξης.
