Abstract

Η παρούσα εφευρεση αναφέρεται σε εξαιρετικά επιλεκτικούς αναστολείς του ενζύμου φωσφοδιεστεράση (PDE) και στη χρήση τους σε φαρμακευτικά βιομηχανικά είδη. Ειδικότερα, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε ισχυρούς αναστολείς της εξειδικευμένης για την κυκλική 3',5'-μονοφωσφορική γουανοσίνη φωσφοδιεστεράσης τύπου 5 (PDE5) οι οποίοι όταν ενσωματώνονται σε ένα φαρμακευτικό προϊόν σε μοναδιαίες δόσεις από περίπου 1 έως περίπου 20 mg είναι χρήσιμοι για την αγωγή της γενετήσιας δυσλειτουργίας. Τα ενταύθα περιγραφόμενα βιομηχανικά είδη χαρακτηρίζονται από την επιλεκτική αναστολή της PDE5 και συνεπώς παρέχουν μία ωφέλεια σε θεραπευτικά πεδία όπου επιθυμείται η αναστολή της PDE5, με ελαχιστοποίηση ή εξάλειψη των βλαπτικών παρενεργειών που προκύπτουν από την αναστολή άλλων ενζύμων τύπου φωσφοδιεστεράσης.ΰ
