Abstract
Περιγράφονται νέα παράγωγα κυκλοεξαν-υλιδενίου τα οποία αναστέλλουν την παραγωγήν του TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (Παράγοντος Νεκρώσεως Ογκου) και είναι χρήσιμα εις την θεραπευτικήν αγωγήν νοσηρών καταστάσεων μεσολαβουμένων ή επιτεινουμένων υπό παραγωγής TNF. Αι ενώσεις της παρούσης εφευρέσεως είναι επίσης χρήσιμοι εις την παρεμβολή ή αναστολήν ενζυματικής ή καταλυτικής δράσεως της φωσφοροδιεστεράσης IV και είναι συνεπώς χρήσιμοι εις την θεραπευτικήν αγωγήν νοσηρών καταστάσεων εχούσων ανάγκην παρεμβολής ή αναστολής αυτών.ω
