Claims (9)
- Procédé de préparation d'une substance de contraste radiologique comprenant l'étape consistant à associer au moins un véhicule ou excipient pharmaceutique avec un complexe multinucléaire physiologiquement tolérable de formule (W3BuAv)xLw (X) (dans laquelle W3BuAv est une entité multinucléaire ; chaque atome de tungtène est lié par covalence à au moins un atome B ; chacun des B qui peuvent être identiques ou différents est un atome de pontage lié par covalence à au moins deux atomes de tungstène ; chacun des A qui peuvent être identiques ou différents est un atome ne créant pas de pont, lié par covalence à un atome de tungstène ; chacun des L qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, est un ligand lié par coordination à au moins un atome de tungstène ; u est un entier positif de valeur 2 ou plus ; x et w sont des entiers positifs ; et v est zéro ou un entier positif) ou un sel physiologiquement tolérable de celui-ci.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 où chaque A et B de l'entité multinucléaire est O, S, Se, Te ou un atome d'azote ou de phosphore protoné ou substitué.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 où l'entité multinucléaire comprend une unité de formule W3(µ3B)(µ2B)3 où chaque B est O, S, Se, Te ou un atome d'azote ou de phosphore protoné ou substitué.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 où ledit complexe multinucléaire est un complexe avec un chélatant polyamine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 où ledit chélatant est un acide aminopolycarboxylique ou un ester ou amide de celui-ci ou est une polyamine polyacylée macrocyclique.
- Procédé de formation d'une image radiologique de l'organisme de l'homme ou d'un animal autre que l'homme qui comprend l'administration audit organisme d'un complexe multinucléaire physiologiquement tolérable tel que défini dans la revendication 1 et la formation d'une image radiologique d'au moins une partie dudit organisme.
