Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour la régénération de solutions catalytiques de carbonylation contenant du rhodium et du lithium et contenant en outre des produits métalliques corrosifs de contamination, qui consiste à mettre en contact intime ladite solution catalytique avec une résine échangeuse de cations sous la forme lithium et à récupérer une solution catalytique de teneur réduite en produits métalliques de contamination.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la résine est une résine échangeuse de cations du type à acide fort.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la mise en contact est effectuée en faisant passer la solution catalytique au travers d'une colonne à lit fixe de la résine.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la résine est régénérée après épuisement par lavage avec un sel de lithium.
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le sel de lithium est dissous dans une solution de régénération d'eau et d'acide acétique.
  6. Procédé suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'acide acétique constitue de 0,1 à 95% en poids de la solution de régénération.
  7. Procédé suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'acide acétique constitue de 0,1 à 20% en poids de la solution de régénération.
  8. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le sel de lithium est présent suivant une quantité comprise entre 1 et 20% en poids.
  9. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le sel de lithium est de l'acétate de lithium.
  10. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les produits métalliques corrosifs de contamination comprennent le fer, le nickel, le chrome ou le molybdène ou un mélange quelconque de ceux-ci.
  11. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la solution catalytique de carbonylation est d'abord obtenue comme un flux de procédé à partir d'un procédé pour la carbonylation du méthanol pour le transformer en acide acétique dans un réacteur de carbonylation en faisant passer du monoxyde de carbone dans un milieu réactionnel contenu dans le réacteur et comprenant du méthanol et une solution catalytique de faible teneur en eau comprenant du rhodium, un agent initiateur d'iodure de méthyle, de l'acétate de méthyle et de l'iodure de lithium pour produire de l'acide acétique et ledit acide acétique est récupérée à partir de l'effluent du réacteur en concentrant l'effluent en une variété de flux de procédé comprenant un ou plusieurs des composés de la solution catalytique et du produit d'acide acétique.
