Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Vorsehen wasserlöslicher mikronisierter Substanzen mit einer Teilchengröße von weniger als 10 µm, die hergestellt, gelagert und verwendet werden können, wobei die aerodynamischen Eigenschaften, die für die Inhalation derartiger Substanzen erforderlich sind, aufrechterhalten werden, gekennzeichnet durch
    a) Verringern, wenn notwendig, des verbleibenden Wassers von der mikronisierten Substanz durch Trocknen, gegebenenfalls bei einer erhöhten Temperatur und/oder im Vakuum,
    b) Konditionieren der getrockneten, mikronisierten Substanzen mit einem Lösungsmittel, und
    c) Eliminieren des verbleibenden Lösungsmittels durch Lagern an einem trockenen Ort, wie im Vakuum, oder durch Spülen mit einem Inertgas.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Konditionierungsschritt b) verwendete Lösungsmittel Ethanol, Aceton oder dgl., vorzugsweise in der Dampfphase, ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in Schritt b) verwendete Lösungsmittel Ethanol ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Konditionierungsschritt b) in einem Lösungsmitteldampf enthaltenden Inertgas durchgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in Schritt c) und gegebenenfalls in Schritt b) verwendete Inertgas Stickstoff ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanzen Additive, wie Kohlenhydrate und Aminosäuren, sind.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verwendeten Kohlenhydrate Lactose, Glucose, Fructose, Galactose, Trehalose, Saccharose, Maltose, Xylit, Mannit, Myoinosit oder dgl. sind, und die verwendeten Aminosäuren Alanin, Betain oder dgl. sind.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Substanzen Arzneimittel sind.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arzneimittel antiasthmatische oder antiallergische Substanzen sind.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die antiasthmatischen oder antiallergischen Substanzen aus Terbutalinsulfat, Salbutamolsulfat, Fenoterolhydrobromid, Bambuterolhydrochlorid, Terfenadin und Dinatriumchromoglycat ausgewählt werden.
