Claims (10)
- Procédé pour obtenir des substances micronisées solubles dans l'eau, ayant une granulométrie inférieure à 10 µm, que l'on peut produire, stocker et utiliser tout en conservant les propriétés aérodynamiques exigées pour l'inhalation de telles substances, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à :a) réduire, si nécessaire, la quantité l'eau résiduelle de la substance micronisée, par séchage éventuellement à une température élevée et/ou sous vide,b) conditionner lesdites substances séchées et micronisées avec un solvant, etc) éliminer le solvant résiduel par stockage dans un endroit sec, comme un vide, ou par purge avec un gaz inerte.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le solvant utilisé dans l'étape de conditionnement b) est l'éthanol, l'acétone ou un solvant similaire, de préférence en phase vapeur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le solvant utilisé dans l'étape b) est l'éthanol.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on effectue l'étape de conditionnement b) dans un gaz inerte contenant une vapeur de solvant.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le gaz inerte utilisé dans l'étape c) et éventuellement dans l'étape b) est l'azote.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les substances sont des additifs, tels que des hydrates de carbone et des acides amines.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les hydrates de carbone utilisés sont le lactose, le glucose, le fructose, le galactose, le tréhalose, le saccharose, le maltose, le xylitol, le mannitol, le myoinositol ou des substances analogues, et les acides aminés utilisés sont l'alanine, la bétaïne ou des substances analogues.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les substances sont des médicaments.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits médicaments sont des substances anti-asthmatiques ou anti-allergiques.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites substances anti-asthmatiques ou anti-allergiques sont choisies parmi le sulfate de terbutaline, le sulfate de salbutamol, le bromhydrate de fénotérol, le chlorhydrate de bambutérol, la terfénadine et le chromoglycate disodique.
