Claims (9)

  1. Verbindung der Formel worin
    a) X L-Tyrosin (L-Tyr) und Y L-Valin (L-Val) darstellen; oder
    b) X L-Phenylalanin (L-Phe) und Y L-Threonin (L-Thr) darstellen; und
    A eine L, D oder DL Aminosaüre die aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Phenylalanin (Phe), para-Chlor-phenylalanin (p-Cl-Phe) und Tryptophan (Trp) oder deren acetylierte Derivaten ausgewählt wird; und B eine L, D oder DL Aminosaüre die aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Threoninamid (Thr-NH₂) und Tryptophanamid (Trp-NH₂) ausgewählt wird, und deren pharmazeutisch akzeptable Saüreadditionssalze; mit der Bedingung dass, B kann nicht D-Thr-NH₂ darstellen wenn A D-Phe, X L-Phe und L-Thr sind.
  2. Verbindung der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1, worin A Phenylalanin (Phe) ist, B Threoninamid (Thr-NH₂) oder (Trp-NH₂) ist, X L-Tyrosin (L-Tyr) und Y L-Valin (L-Val) darstellen.
  3. Verbindung der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1, worin A Phenylalanin (Phe), Acetylphenylalanin (Ac-Phe) oder Tryptophan (Trp) ist, B Threoninamid (Thr-NH₂) oder Tryptophanamid (Trp-NH₂) ist, X L-Phenylalanin (L-Phe) und Y L-Threonin (L-Thr) darstellen.
  4. Verbindung der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eine Verbindung der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der formel         A - Cys - X - D-Trp - Lys - Y - Cys - B   (I') worin Symbole A, B, X und Y wie im Anspruch 1 definiert sind, oxidiert.
  6. Pharmazeutisches Präparat für die Behandlung von Krebsartigen Tumoren enthaltend, als aktiver Bestandteil, eine Verbindung der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1, oder deren pharmazeutisch akzeptables Saüreadditionssalze, zusammen mit einem flüssigen oder festen pharmazeutisch akzeptablen Träger.
  7. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 6 für die Behandlung von Prostatakarzinoma, Mammakarzinoma, Insulinoma, Gastrinoma, Chondrosarkoma, Osteosarkoma und Pankreaskarzinoma.
  8. Pharmaceutisches Präparat nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den aktiven Mikrokapseln aus Poly (d, l-lactid-co-glycolid) enthält.
  9. Pharmazeutisches Präparat nach einem des Ansprüche 6 durch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als aktiver Bestandteil eine Verbindung der Formel (I) nach Anspruch 1 ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus und deren pharmazeutisch akzeptable Saüreadditionssalze, enthält.
