Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von verzehrbaren proteinhaltigen Mehlen bzw. Pulvern mit mikrobiologisch annehmbaren Normen aus Öl enthaltenden Samen. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung eines verbesserten Verfahrens für die industrielle Behandlung von Öl enthaltenden Samen unter milden Bedingungen. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Fest-Flüssig-Extraktion des Öls ausgeführt mit Hilfe einer Mischung, die aus einem Kohlenwasserstofflösungsmittel und einem hygienisch machenden Mittel besteht, das mit diesem Lösungsmittel auf Kohlenwasserstoffbasis mischbar ist. Vorzugsweise wird als Kohlenwasserstoffverbindung n-Hexan verwendet und diesem Äthanol zugemischt.
