Drug intermediates parachlorobenzoic-acid synthesis method, comprises the following steps: adding 3 L 2-chloroethanol solution to the reaction vessel, controlling the stirring speed at 90-110rpm, adding 2mol benzene solution, 3-4mol dichloroacetic acid, 30-40g potassium ferricyanide powder, raising the temperature of the solution to 70-80 °C, keeping the temperature for 70-80 min, reducing the temperature of the solution to 10-16 °C, after the solid precipitated, filter it, solid is washed with aniline solution, combined the washing solution and filtrate, adjusting the pH to 2-3 with oxalic acid solution, after the solid precipitated, washed with potassium nitratesolution, washed with 2-octanol solution, washed with 2-butoxyethanol solution, dehydrated with agent dehydration, finally get the product parachlorobenzoic acid.
