Abstract

Procedimento e dispositivo fibratore per la produzione di fibre di materiale amidaceo mediante estrusione di una dispersione o soluzione acquosa di materiale amidaceo in un flusso di un agente salino coagulante in cui la dispersione o soluzione acquosa è estrusa attraverso una parete tubolare microporosa in una camera anulare circondante detta parete microporosa in modo da ottenere un flusso estruso di materiale amidaceo che inviluppa detta parete tubolare e la coagulazione dell'estruso è effettuata alimentando un flusso di agente coagulante nella camera anulare parallelamente alla superficie di estrusione. Le fibre ottenute hanno applicazione in particolare nel settore cartario in sostituzione o in combinazione con fibre cellulosiche. (Figura 2)
