Abstract

L'impianto comprende: mezzi di refrigerazione (60, 62) atti a facilitare la formazione di cristalli e microcristalli di ghiaccio e di cristalli di bitartrato di potassio; mezzi per la cristallizzazione e la separazione (32) dei detti cristalli; un reattore ac-celeratore (18) atto a contenere cristalli concentrati di bitartrato di potassio per accelerare la cristallizzazione; ed un sistema (12, 20, 22, 24) per fare circolare il liquido attraverso detto reattore e nell'impianto e per far by-passare il liquido escludendo detto reattore.
