Abstract

Un'apparecchiatura per evacuare inchiostro dalla camera (12) di inchiostrazione di una macchina di stampa flessografica utilizza un ugello 40 eiettore di aria nella linea 24 di estrazione dell'inchiostro per estrarre inchiostro dalla camera. L'apparecchiatura comprende un sistema di comando azionato ad aria in cui valvole d'aria comandano una valvola 32 di presa a camera d'aria nella linea di estrazione dell'inchiostro ed una valvola 32 di presa a camera d'olio nella linea di espulsione dell'aria. All'inizio del ciclo di estrazione, olio proveniente da un accumulatore 34 azionato ad aria passa verso la valvola 38 di presa a camera d'olio per restringere il flusso di aria all'ugello 40 eiettore d'aria, e questo olio lentamente ritorna all'accumulatore 34, mediante un restringimento 37b regolabile, sotto l'influenza della pressione d'aria nella linea di eiezione dell'aria. Ciò permette che il flusso d'aria attraverso la linea di eiezione dell'aria si realizzi lentamente, ottenendosi una "partenza soffice" che evita danneggiamento alle lame 20, 21 raschia inchiostro che potrebbe essere causato da un brusco abbassamento della pressione nella camera di inchiostrazione.
