Abstract
تعلق الاختراع الحالي بفرع من المناعة وخاصة بتكوين مركبات صيدلانية تتكون من أجسام مضادة وحيدة النسيلة بشرية تدرك تفاضل الكريات البيضاء في انتيجين CD6 وبناء على ذلك البيان، فان الهدف من هذا الاختراع توفير مركبات صيدلانية تتكون من أجسام مضادة وحيدة النسيلة بشرية مضادة CD6 من اجل تشخيص ومعالجة متلازمات الانتشار اللمفاوي وخاصة لوكيميا الكريات اللمفاوية المزمنة في الخلايا ب، ويتكون الاختراع في تطبيق الجسم المضاد وحيدة النسيلة البشري الذي يدرك انتيجين CD6 وتكوين مركبات صيدلانية تتألف من ذلك الجسم المضاد القادر على حث الخلايا السرطانية لدى مرضى لوكيميا الكريات اللمفاوية المزمنة في الخلايا ب، والتوصل الى فعالية سريريه نسيجية ضد الروم، ويمتد مجال تطبيق الاختراع الحالي الى علم الأورام.
