Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بمشتت صلب غير متبلور يشتمل على مشتق رباعي الصيغة من الصيغة (I) أو ملح مقبول صيدلانياً منه كمكون نشط. يشتمل التشتت الصلب للاختراع الحالي على بوليمر قابل للذوبان في الماء أو حمض لتحسين قابلية ذوبانه المكون النشط ، أي مشتق الصيغة رباعي الصيغة (I) ، وبالتالي تحسين معدل الامتصاص ، وبالتالي يمكن أن يكون فعال يستخدم لتقليل مقاومة الأدوية المتعددة (MDR) في الخلايا السرطانية.
